Printable downloads

How do I get my file?

A download link is emailed to you automatically as soon as your payment goes through, and it also appears on the order confirmation page. Nothing is posted to you.

Do I need an account or an app?

No. The download link opens in any web browser on a phone, tablet, laptop or desktop. You do not need to create an account or install anything.

Can I print it more than once?

Yes. The file is yours to keep, so you can print the pages as often as you like for the children in your own home or your own classroom.

Can I get a refund?

Because the file can be saved and printed straight away, a refund is not normally possible once it has been downloaded. If a file is faulty, or you have not been able to download it, contact us within 5 days and we will fix it or refund you.

What am I actually buying?

An Access Pass. It gives you online access to the interactive eBook on our website, rather than a file you download and keep.

How do I open the eBook?

Log in to your account and open the Access eBook page from the menu. It works in any modern web browser on a phone, tablet, laptop or desktop, with no app to install.

How long do I have access?

Access is guaranteed for 30 days from the date of purchase. After that we usually keep your access open as a goodwill benefit, but it is not sold as permanent or lifetime access.

Can I get a refund?

Refund requests can be made within 5 days of purchase and are reviewed individually. A request may be declined if the eBook has already been substantially read. Full details are in our refund policy.
