By accessing or purchasing our digital eBook access products, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

These terms apply to all digital products sold by Akhlaaq, including eBook access passes and printable downloads.

What We Sell

All of our products are digital. We sell two types, and some terms differ between them:

  • eBook Access Pass - online access to eBook content hosted and viewed exclusively on our website. You are not purchasing or downloading the eBook itself.
  • Printable downloads - digital files, such as printable PDF activity books, delivered to you by download link after purchase and yours to keep.

Nature of the eBook Access Pass

Our product is a digital Access Pass that grants online access to an Islamic eBook hosted and viewed exclusively on our website.

By purchasing an Access Pass, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are not purchasing or downloading the eBook.

  • You are purchasing guaranteed online access for 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • After the guaranteed 30-day access period, we may continue to provide access as a complimentary goodwill benefit.

  • Continued access after the guaranteed 30-day period is not sold as lifetime access, permanent access, or a guaranteed part of the purchase.

  • We may change, pause, restrict, or end continued access after the guaranteed period at our discretion, including if the content is removed, the website is changed, or access is no longer available.

  • No ownership, copyright, or intellectual property rights are transferred to you.

Grant of License

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the eBook content for personal household use only.

This license:

  • Provides guaranteed access for 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • May continue after the guaranteed period as a complimentary goodwill benefit, at our discretion.

  • Does not allow copying, downloading, recording, redistribution, resale, or public display of the content.

  • May be restricted or terminated if these terms are violated.

Account Access & Security

To access the content, customers must log in using their account credentials.

You agree that:

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.

  • Account sharing is strictly prohibited.

  • One purchase grants access to one household account only.

  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access if account sharing or unauthorized use is detected.

Usage Restrictions

Users may not:

  • Copy, record, screen capture, or redistribute any part of the eBook.

  • Download or extract images, videos, interactive elements, or other assets.

  • Share login credentials with any third party.

  • Upload, mirror, or make the content publicly accessible.

  • Use the content for commercial, educational, or public purposes without written permission.

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate suspension or termination of access, without refund where permitted by applicable law.

Printable Downloads

Printable downloads are digital files, such as printable PDF activity books. After purchase, a download link is sent automatically to the email address used at checkout, and is also shown on the order confirmation page. Delivery is usually immediate.

By purchasing a printable download, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are purchasing a licence to use the file, not ownership of the content.
  • No account is required to download your file, and no physical item is shipped.
  • You are responsible for saving your own copy of the file after downloading it.
  • Your download link is provided for your personal use and must not be shared or posted publicly.

Grant of Licence - Printable Downloads

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the file for personal household or single classroom use only.

You may:

  • Download and save the file to your own devices.
  • Print as many copies as you need for your own household.
  • Use the printed pages with the children in your own home.
  • Use the printed pages with the children in a single classroom you teach.

You may not:

  • Resell, share, email, or give away the file or any printed copies.
  • Upload the file to any website, cloud folder, messaging group, or file sharing service.
  • Share your download link with any third party.
  • Print or distribute copies for a second classroom, madrasah, school, group, or any other setting outside your own household or single classroom without prior written permission.
  • Modify, extract, or reuse the artwork, text, or design in any other product, whether free or paid.

Teachers, schools, madrasahs, and other organisations who wish to use our printable downloads with a group are welcome to contact us for permission.

Refunds for printable downloads are dealt with in our refund policy. Because these files can be saved and printed as soon as they are downloaded, a refund cannot normally be offered once a file has been downloaded, except where the file is faulty, incomplete, or does not match its description.

To open and use a printable download you will need a PDF reader, and a printer if you wish to print the pages. We are not responsible for issues caused by unsupported software or printer settings.

Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to our 5-day refund policy, available on our website.

Because access is granted immediately upon purchase, refund requests may be denied if the content has already been substantially accessed or if the guaranteed access period has been significantly used, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Technical Requirements

Users are responsible for ensuring they have:

  • A compatible device.

  • An up-to-date web browser.

  • A stable internet connection.

We are not responsible for access issues caused by incompatible devices, unsupported software, or unstable internet connections.

Intellectual Property

All content included in our products — including text, illustrations, audio, software, and interactive elements — remains the exclusive intellectual property of our business or its licensors.

Content may not be reused, reproduced, copied, redistributed, recorded, displayed publicly, or used for commercial, educational, or public purposes without prior written permission.

Currency & International Payments

All purchases are processed in South African Rand (ZAR).

Any currency conversion displayed on the website is provided for convenience only and may not reflect your bank’s actual exchange rate or international transaction fees. Customers are responsible for confirming final charges with their payment provider.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time by posting changes on our website.

Continued use of the website or eBook access area after updates have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
