Refund policy

We understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet expectations, and we aim to handle all refund requests fairly and reasonably.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be submitted within 5 days of the purchase date. All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Our product is a digital Access Pass that grants online access to eBook content viewed on our website. Customers are not purchasing or downloading the eBook itself.

The Access Pass provides guaranteed access for 30 days from the date of purchase. After this guaranteed period, continued access may be provided as a complimentary goodwill benefit, but it is not sold as lifetime access, permanent access, or guaranteed access beyond the initial 30-day period.

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval. Refunds may be refused if the content has already been substantially accessed, if a significant portion of the guaranteed access period has been used, or where access has been used in a way that suggests the purchase has already been meaningfully consumed, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us through our Customer Support page and include your order details along with the reason for your request.

We may ask for additional information to help us review the request fairly.

Digital Products

All purchases provide online-only access to digital content hosted on our platform. Access is granted immediately after purchase.

Because access begins immediately, customers are encouraged to review all product descriptions, access details, and available information before purchasing.

While immediate access does not automatically exclude eligibility for a refund within the 5-day refund period, usage of the service will be taken into consideration during the review process.

Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method where possible.

Once a refund is approved and processed, access to the eBook area may be removed or restricted.

Access After the Guaranteed Period

Access after the guaranteed 30-day period may continue as a complimentary goodwill benefit at our discretion.

This continued access is not part of the paid purchase and may be changed, paused, restricted, or ended at any time.
