This Affiliate Program Agreement (“Agreement”) governs participation in the Akhlaaq Affiliate Program. By joining or participating in the program, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Nature of the Product (Important)

Our products are digital access passes that grant time-limited online access to an Islamic eBook hosted on our website.

Affiliates acknowledge and agree that:

• Customers are not purchasing or downloading an eBook
  
• Customers are purchasing temporary access for a defined period (e.g. 15, 30, or 45 days)
  
• Access expires automatically at the end of the selected period
  

All affiliate promotions must accurately reflect this access-based model.

2. Approved Promotion Platforms

Affiliates may promote our products only on platforms that are:

• Family-friendly
  
• Respectful
  
• Consistent with Islamic values
  

Promotion is strictly prohibited on platforms containing:

• Explicit, immoral, controversial, or offensive content
  
• Content that contradicts Islamic principles
  
• Deceptive, misleading, or harmful material
  

We reserve the right to request removal of promotions from any platform that does not meet these standards.

3. Ethical & Accurate Marketing

Affiliates must represent our products honestly and responsibly.

Affiliates must not:

• Misrepresent Islamic teachings
  
• Guarantee religious, educational, spiritual, or moral outcomes
  
• Claim divine reward, forgiveness, or special status
  
• Use exaggerated, deceptive, or misleading claims
  

All marketing must reflect realistic expectations and be communicated with integrity and sincerity.

4. Commission Structure

The affiliate program offers a one-time commission per completed sale.

• Commission Rate: 30% per sale
  
• Commission Type: One-time only (non-recurring)
  
• Cookie Duration: 30 days
  

No additional commissions are paid for renewals or repeat purchases unless a new qualifying referral occurs within the cookie window.

5. Payout Terms

• Commissions are calculated based on successful, non-refunded sales
  
• Payouts are issued monthly, on or around the 1st of each month, for earnings from the previous month
  
• Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payout information
  

Any refunded, disputed, or reversed transactions will be deducted from commissions.

6. No Fees or Participation Costs

There are no fees to join or remain in the affiliate program.

Affiliates are not required to pay for:

• Program access
  
• Advertising placement
  
• Platform usage
  

Any optional promotional expenses are undertaken at the affiliate’s own discretion and risk.

**Limitation of Liability**
We are not responsible for any loss of funds spent on marketing or any other loss incurred by affiliates in connection with participation in this program. Affiliates undertake all promotional activities at their own risk.

7. Prohibited Marketing Practices

Affiliates may not:

• Purchase products using their own affiliate links
  
• Engage in spam, unsolicited messaging, or automated outreach
  
• Use comment spam, link dumping, or misleading redirects
  
• Bid on brand names, trademarks, or brand-specific coupon keywords
  
• Misrepresent discounts, pricing, or commissions
  
• Attempt to manipulate tracking, cookies, or conversions
  

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without payment of outstanding commissions.

8. Creative Assets & Branding

Affiliates may use only officially approved creative assets provided by us.

Affiliates may not:

• Alter official logos or visuals
  
• Create custom branded assets without written approval
  
• Republish or redesign eBook content for promotional use
  
• Present content as their own creation
  

9. Copyright & Content Protection

Affiliates may not:

• Reproduce the full eBook
  
• Record, narrate, or broadcast content
  
• Publicly display protected materials
  

Short excerpts or previews may be used only under fair use guidelines and must not replace the need to purchase access.

10. Shariah-Compliant Promotion Guidelines

All promotions must adhere to Islamic principles, including:

• No depictions of animate beings or faces
  
• No instrumental music
  
• Modest and respectful presentation
  
• No exaggeration, sensationalism, or “miracle” claims
  
• Family-friendly language and tone
  

Failure to comply may result in removal from the program.

11. Affiliate Disclosure Requirements

Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship in accordance with applicable laws and platform rules.

Example disclosure:

“This content contains affiliate links. I may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.”

12. Independent Contractor Status

Affiliates participate as independent contractors, not employees, partners, or representatives.

Affiliates are responsible for:

• Their own taxes
  
• Compliance with local laws and regulations
  
• Any obligations related to their marketing activities
  

13. Monitoring, Enforcement & Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Monitor affiliate content for compliance
  
• Request edits or removal of non-compliant promotions
  
• Suspend or terminate affiliates at our sole discretion
  

Violations may result in loss of commissions and removal from the program.

14. Policy Updates

We may update this Agreement at any time by posting revised terms on our website.

Affiliates will be given reasonable notice (minimum 48 hours) to comply with material changes.

Continued participation in the affiliate program after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
